Refund & Cancellation Policy

At NJWEBDESIGNING, we aim to deliver high-quality web design and development services. Please read this policy carefully before engaging our services.
1. Freelance Services (Website Design, Development & Setup)
Refunds for freelance services are determined based on the stage of work completed at the time of cancellation:
- Cancelled before work begins: 80% refund of the amount paid. 20% is retained as a booking and administrative fee.
- Cancelled after design phase begins: 50% refund of the amount paid.
- Cancelled after development phase begins: 25% refund of the amount paid.
- Cancelled after final delivery or during revision stage: No refund applicable.
2. Cancellation Process
- To cancel a service, please notify us in writing at contact@njwebdesigning.in at least 48 hours in advance or call to +91 99522 59514.
- Cancellations made without adequate notice may incur partial charges depending on the work completed.
- Verbal cancellations will not be accepted — all cancellation requests must be made in writing.
3. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
- NJWEBDESIGNING reserves the right to assess each refund request on a case-by-case basis for exceptional circumstances.
4. Non-Refundable Items
- Third-party costs such as hosting fees, domain registration, stock images, or premium plugin licenses that have already been purchased on behalf of the client are non-refundable.
- Any work already delivered and approved by the client is non-refundable.
5. Disputes
