Any changes to the project scope may result in additional fees.

4. Hosting & Third-Party Services:

NJWEBDESIGNING does not directly provide web hosting, domain registration, or third-party server infrastructure unless explicitly mentioned in the project agreement.

Clients are free to choose their preferred hosting provider or domain registrar, including services such as Hostinger, GoDaddy, or other providers.

NJWEBDESIGNING may recommend suitable hosting providers based on project requirements, budget, and performance needs. We can also assist clients in:

• Purchasing hosting and domains
• Initial hosting setup and configuration
• Connecting domains and SSL certificates
• Deploying websites to hosting servers

This assistance may be provided at minimal cost, affordable service charges, or no additional fee if included as part of the project collaboration.

Please note:

• Hosting fees, domain renewal charges, and third-party service costs are the responsibility of the client.
• NJWEBDESIGNING is not responsible for downtime, data loss, pricing changes, or technical issues caused by third-party hosting providers or domain registrars.
• Clients retain full ownership and access to their hosting accounts and domains unless otherwise agreed upon.

5. Payments:

Payment terms will be agreed upon in the project contract.

Late payments may result in project delays.

An initial payment of at least 50% of the total project amount is required to commence work.

6. Intellectual Property:

NJWEBDESIGNING retains the right to display the work in portfolios and marketing materials.

7. Confidentiality:

NJWEBDESIGNING agrees to keep client information confidential.

Clients agree not to disclose proprietary information about NJWEBDESIGNING’s processes.

8. Refunds:

Refund policies will be outlined in individual project contracts.

Refunds are subject to the terms agreed upon in the contract.

9. Termination:

Either party may terminate a project in writing.

Termination terms will be outlined in individual project contracts.

10. Limitation of Liability:

NJWEBDESIGNING is not liable for any consequential damages or losses.

Liability is limited to the amount paid for the services.
